act version 0.2.82
Feature description
Would be great if it was possible to use repo's existing caches when running action with
act.Some caches can take hours to build, so switching to
actto debug those workflows has a high time cost.In those cases currently it's simpler to rerun action 50 times on github, so it would reuse cache.
