act version 0.2.59

Feature description

Being able to get list of workflows in a repo is a useful feature, but currently this is only output as formatted text.

Having the option to get this output as JSON would be useful, at least in my case, where I want to get this information inside of a script.

Realize that this may be a niche use case, but wanted to at least put in a request for it.
