Currently, if you set your subtitles to English, subtitles such as "English (United States)" will be ignored, meaning users still need to manually select these "subset" languages. I assume this also applies to other languages with different subtitle options, but I haven't checked that for myself as I only speak English.
While it's not a huge issue, it would be nice if the extension could check for and select these sets of subtitles if the generic form isn't listed as an option.
