Problem

Consider adding the option to specify a default video resolution. The plugin currently allows setting multiple defaults, which is important following the latest YouTube updates, especially the auto-dubbing fixes. However, it would be beneficial to extend available default settings. The top candidate is video resolution, it's very demanded by the community.

Proposed Solution

Maybe an option in the settings to define a list of video resolutions in order of preference.

Hi, this extension is focused on removing translations.

If you want one that let you choose your favourited resolution, check my other extension YouTube Custom Settings.
