I had an issue with firefox accessing my banking website while logging in (in Chrome, everything works fine). I was in contact with the banks IT department and they told me (after I sent them a firefox HAR file), that an extension blocks some JavaScript and the "Token Call".
They suspected an adblocker as a reason.
I disabled all my plugins one-by-one and found out, that the reason why the login is blocked is WidevineProxy2.
The banking website is https://anlegen.meindepot.union-investment.de
I don't find a way to disable this plugin for this specific website only, could this be done?
@Markus-Go commented on GitHub (Jan 21, 2026):
I am sorry, after upgrading from 0.8.2 to 0.9.0 the problem disappeared.
My fault, closing this issue.
