Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

Hi.
This is the scenary.
ESP connected properly to WiFi. If ESP restarts, it is able to connect again to same WiFi.
The problem comes when power failure (this means ESP and router restarts).
ESP is fast to start, looks for WiFi and because router has not initialize, ESP starts configuration mode. Then routers shows WiFi but ESP will not connect to it (it is in configuration loop). I need to manually restart ESP.
Any solution for this? Something like ESP continue to look for saved WiFi.
