Delete branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

Not sure if this is avoidable , maybe changing the way redirects occur or how many is causing this, or maybe its ip based.

I work in IT and from what I've seen from my users than run 10, this is a general common issue with 10 and normal captive portals.
Might have to do whatever weird stuff MS expects in 10 to get 10 to be happy. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/drivers/mobilebroadband/captive-portals
