Hi, I'm not sure if over-the-air updates are something that you would consider in scope for the WifiManager, but I'd really like to see the option to reflash the firmware once I start the wifimanager. Almost as important as changing the wifi data.

I've sort-of hacked it together and it's working really well. Have a look at https://github.com/KoljaWindeler/ESP8266_mqtt_pwm_pir_temp/tree/master/JKW_MQTT_PWM_PIR_TEMP. I guess the most important change is in the startConfigPortal where I start the OTA http server (I know, not smart to run two instances .. but the least work for me).
I'm sure that you'll find a nicer, integrated way if you want to integrate this feature :)

Keep up the good work
