With ESP32 version 3.3.0 I have wifi error: sta is connecting, cannot set config.

*WM: scanNetworks returned: WIFI_SCAN_FAILED!

Replace the USB cable to be more thick if even you think your cable is OK. WiFi requires the power.
Trust me, i had this error also.

I've tried several cables and several different types of boards. The same
thing happens on all of them. But if I install an ESP32 version with
version 2.17, it works fine. Thank you very much for your attention.
