Hey all,

I'm trying to incorporate WiFiManager into an ESP8266 install where the unit cannot be easily accessed via the mini usb port. The plan is to be able to use WiFiManager to push future updates to the module wirelessly. The use case for my application does not require WIFI for normal function, only strictly for updates. I'm using the esp8266 for simple LED control.

Is it possible to "skip" the WiFi AP connection portion if no connection is detected after X amount of time?
Currently if the ESP8266 does not get past WiFiManager, it will not proceed to the LED code. I would like the LED code to still work even if there is no connection to a network.

How would I go about doing this? I am a potato. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

See the ondemand and nonblocking examples, you can also disable configportal and still use autoconnect
