EDIT; Ffixed by removing line : line 438 and 405
After that install runs fine.

v1.2.9 (and later) should have fixed the failed to install issues.
Increased connection timeout from 5 seconds to 30 seconds.
Removed download timeout (was 30 seconds).
According to Google translate
