I tried the latest version of the script on DSM 7.3.2 on a DS224+. I ran the script using the task scheduler exactly according to the instructions, but after I ran it, I didn't see video station show up anywhere.

I need to see the details of the scheduled task.

In "Control Panel > Task Scheduler > Settings" there is a setting to save the output of user defined script tasks to a folder. Then if you run the schedule again, and wait a minute for it to finish, you can then "Select the schedule > click Tasks > View Result > View Details".
