What happens when the bug or crash occurs?

I just installed the release build listed in the readme and opening it crashes the app.

Android 9, Xiaomi

What is the expected behaviour?

It shouldn't crash

probably issue from some deranged MIUI thing

try getting a logcat at the moment when the app crashes (if you don’t know how use google)

The aforementioned logs are from the logcat taken using LogFox (Shizuku).
