Enable Spotify playback modification when a pool is active. Creating a pool should start playback (maybe a route for just starting playback is also required).

The application should monitor playback and queue random songs from the pool once a song is almost over.

Acceptance criteria: described functionality is tested, including edge cases. All tests pass.
