Subtask for #143
Create a websocket (
/pool/playback/register_listener) that sends the current pool member/track data on playback update. Introduce "currently playing" as a nullable pool member model in the pool model so pool posting can get this info right away.Acceptance criteria: the functionality described is tested, including edge cases. All tests pass
