This issue has been addressed by PR #59, which adds the COPILOT_AGENT_FIREWALL_ENABLED: false environment variable to the GitHub Actions workflow.

The PR has been marked as ready for review and implements the requested change to disable the Copilot agent firewall, allowing unrestricted external connections as needed.

Closing as resolved by PR #59.
