@thalyy36 commented on GitHub (Jan 7, 2026):
Same here aswell, for the time being I am using MusicsDownloaderBot on Telegram.
@Silvergish commented on GitHub (Jan 7, 2026):
Does that work for FLAC files?
@kaisluce commented on GitHub (Jan 7, 2026):
It doesn't work as well for me
@thalyy36 commented on GitHub (Jan 7, 2026):
Does indeed.
@Silvergish commented on GitHub (Jan 7, 2026):
Where can I find the bot? Do I search on Telegram? I apologize. I've only used Telegram a couple of times.
EDIT: Found it. But I have no idea how to use this. Haha.
@thalyy36 commented on GitHub (Jan 7, 2026):
I should be the one apologizing, sent the wrong name, it should be "MusicHuntersbot", usage is farily streamlined, you press the menu and it gives you some options, after you configure everything properly you just send a link with your desired song, album or playlist and it downloads, then you just press and hold with your mouse to select all the songs, right click, download selected and chose a path to save your music to.

@alexthelion335 commented on GitHub (Jan 7, 2026):
I am having the same errors as others, it thinks for a minute or two and spits out failed to fetch metadata. It worked a few days ago.
@vuongtuha commented on GitHub (Jan 8, 2026):
Ended 😂😂 unless there's version 7.1 update, which seem not, you need to find other way. Actually a alot way, unless you wanna find super niche song that not even in popular streaming site.
@ajax653 commented on GitHub (Jan 8, 2026):
The repo is in repair mode. Hopefully it won't be the end.
@Silvergish commented on GitHub (Jan 8, 2026):
For me, most of the stuff I like is pretty niche and not easy to find in FLAC. So this was perfect. Most albums I did find, I haven't been able to find them anywhere else.
Hopefully the repo can be fixed.
@wizardsoluciones commented on GitHub (Jan 8, 2026):
Hello friends 👋, I know many of you are feeling uneasy about the issue the app is currently facing. I’m also a frequent user, and as a programmer myself, I’d like to kindly ask for patience and understanding toward the developer of this app (and any other). Reporting bugs is absolutely fine in fact, we often appreciate it because it shows that users are paying attention and helping us ensure the app works properly. It also gives us the challenge of fixing it.
That said, let’s try to avoid opening multiple duplicate threads. If someone has already reported the issue, please add your input there, ideally including the error message. Also, let’s avoid being overly insistent to the point of overwhelming the developer. Every problem has its time and process for resolution.
Remember, the developer likely created this app with the genuine intention of helping others and bringing some enjoyment. Receiving constant pressure can be discouraging. For now, the repository already has a notice stating it is under maintenance, so let’s give them the space they need to work on it.
Please also keep in mind that this is a free and open app, built with the developer’s effort, enthusiasm, and goodwill. Just report issues and wait patiently let’s not make those last two qualities fade away.
Best regards, and apologies for any inconvenience. 👋
