📄 Description

Implements CLI mode for downloading Spotify tracks, albums, and playlists directly via terminal arguments.
Adds persistent configuration for the default output directory using the existing BoltDB instance.
Adds flag to permanently set the default download destination.
Adds flag to override the output directory for a single run.
Refactors to handle CLI arguments and bypass GUI initialization when flags or URLs are detected.
Updates backend to respect the persistent configuration.
