[Feature Request]

Description

Allow ordering download queue to can avoid attempts to download existing songs

Use Case

When downloading a large playlist and the download is interrupted, or when pausing the batch and wanting to resume the download, or when trying to start downloading from the order of artists, albums, date added, or undownloaded items, etc., the sorting filter already exists, but it only affects the visual aspect.
