I scanned this APK on VirusTotal before installing, and it was flagged by 6 security vendors. I’m attaching a screenshot of the report for reference. Is this something to be concerned about (for example false positives due to obfuscation or permissions), or should I avoid using this build? Just want to confirm the safety before proceeding.

Looks like they're false positive, If popular antivirus programs like Malwarebytes and Kaspersky had flagged it as problematic, I wouldn't have used it.
