This could 100% be user error, I apologize if so, but my only available service currently is Qobuz, and has been for some time. Last month Deezer was the only option. Is it normal to only ever have one option for downloading? I check often, but it doesn't seem to change, and most of the songs I'm trying to download I get failed to download.

The Lucida website has been down for weeks. I added Qobuz so it can still be used as a backup. But the music on Qobuz isn't as complete as on Tidal, Amazon, or Deezer. You can check Lucida's website status at https://status.lucida.to or join their Discord.
