i make a pretty good stress tester i think.

there are quite a few dragonforce albums that do not like being downloaded from spotify api, and so i removed them from que so that i could make progress with my download, because ive found if songs are stuck in failed downloads it can take a long time sometimes to get through.

when i selected up to where it had made it too before the token expired and hit remove selected, i hit download all once more, and in the progress tab it showed that it was reattempting the failed downloads i removed, as if it had not truly taken them out of the download que.

i am also noticing there is still no album art, and i was initially not going to say anything because you've been working hard and i didnt want to be annoying, but when the other issue popped up i figured i would share both.

the new token grabber works really well, although i do not know if it tracks if i pause and grab a new one mid download. i dont believe it does but i could be wrong.

thank you again for this tool. please let me know if ever i am able to donate to the project

Please provide a screenshot and the problematic URL, so I can debug it more easily. A video would be even better, so I can understand the process.

Since I created this as more of an experiment, I really appreciate any issue reports for future improvements. You don’t need to donate anything to this project, as this project is nothing special.

Hi, the bug in the track removal feature from the queue has been fixed.

Quick question: Have you installed a proper media player on your Windows, such as K-Lite Codec or AIMP?

I’m not experiencing any issues with embedding metadata and cover art. I’ve tested it on other devices, and it works fine. If the cover art appears in the tool, it should also be embedded in the file.
For the token issue, try pausing the process, refreshing the token, and resuming the download. Let me know if it works, as I haven’t tested it myself.
Feel free to try it out, and let me know if you encounter any bugs. v1.7

i have not installed a proper media player unless something like vlc counts. i also have tagscanner. is musicbee a proper media player? i was thinking of getting that one due to a recommendation from a friend.

a lot of dragon force is like that actually. not all of it but a good chunk. and a couple of caravan palace albums.

Not all tracks can be downloaded by SpotifyDown. To check, try downloading them directly from the website. If you don't mind 320 kbps and are satisfied with 128 kbps, feel free to try another tool I created called Spotizer.
As for the 92% stuck issue, it seems to be a bug. I’ll work on fixing it.
