This error occurs because our IP is temporarily restricted by Spotify. Please wait for a while or try accessing Spotify Web first. If it shows a black screen with a message about "health," then this error is definitely related. If you manage to open Spotify Web successfully, you can try using Spotifydown-GUI again.
