I used direct download on the playlist

https://open.spotify.com/playlist/1ujsyngc5ZG9MG2MbaxkcQ

On the first attempt, it downloaded 39 out of 42 tracks, and none of them were numbered.
Two more attempts downloaded 2 additional tracks. The last one "Train Song - Vashti Bunyan" still won't download at all – error: Failed to download audio file. Status code: 500. Could this be related?
