Message coming up as below:

New message which is preventing any playing of music on spotify currently. No songs/Playlists/albums so far have played.

Attempted reinstalling both Spotify and Soggfy and gone through the steps needed. Attempt to play however same message comes up and X marked against the songs in playlist.

Any advice on troubleshooting this would be appreciated?
