What happens?

I am testing new version and custom rules.
logMessage("Custom items new = " + customRulesProperties.itemIsNew); is always false for new messages or reply forwared mesages.

the Outlook add-in is part of the Benefactor Circle add-on, for which there is no support here on GitHub.
