Describe the bug
Cloudflare blocks uploading the GIF to gitlab, No matter the size I can not upload the gifs anymore. I am being blocked by the Cloudflare rule : PHP, vBulletin, jQuery File Upload - Code Injection, Dangerous File Upload
CVE:CVE-2018-9206
CVE:CVE-2019-17132

never had this problem before. I am able to upload gifs that I have download from web or the ones I am recording from a chrome extension but now screentogif gifs are violating the rules

To Reproduce

  • record a gif
  • sign in to a gitlab account that uses cloudflare
  • upload the gif to a gitlab issue
  • check if the upload is blocked

Expected behavior
I have been using screentoGif for 3 years and never had this problem. Also have been uploading to the same GitLab environment. I wish to be able to upload.

@pawlos commented on GitHub (Oct 25, 2024):

@busehisim does it block only those gifs generated by ScreenToGif? I suspect it's a general rule introduced to block this file type
