To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
This time it is much easier to set the recording frame.
Expected behavior
The recording frame should be easily recognizable regardless of the screen content.
(e.g. render it with auto-contrast, or show its borders with "marching ants" (as InkScape shows)

@raindropsfromsky not a solution, but there are different color schemes available. You can try Medium or Dark, to see if that makes the frame might be a bit more visible for you depending on a case.

No matter what theme you select, the problem still remains!
(I have both types of apps, with light and dark themes. So capturing some of them is always difficult.)
See the example below!

The best solution is to have a auto-cotrasting border, or a moving border (marching ants).
