Describe the bug
I've changed a lot of options, I've left the default values and nothing changes

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Try exporting with ffmpeg in .webp format and see that nothing happens

Expected behavior
It was expected to come out of 0.0% after almost 30 minutes
