Describe the bug
Dashed line in the right and bottom will be record in the GIF.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Start to record GIF
  2. Stop record and open the editor.
  3. Dashed line in the right and bottom will be reocord.

Expected behavior
Dashed line in the right and bottom should not be record.

Yes, I hava a 3840×2160 monitor and dpi is higher than 100%.
