Describe the bug
I don't quite know how to describe the issue other than
the UI is fucking up. I've attached screenshots as I think those will provide a better explanation than I could.To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
While trying to reproduce this bug, I tried going into the options menu and it crashed. I assume it's related.
Expected behavior
The interfaces to not pile up on top of each other and the menus don't crash when you open them.

Additional context
I used the portable version for a long time before this started happening. I thought I'd install the Package but the problem is still there.
@NickeManarin commented on GitHub (Sep 20, 2022):
Oh, this is new.
I guess it's something related to the video drivers?
@webmilio commented on GitHub (Sep 20, 2022):
My bad for the title, I had forgotten.
It must be, but I don't see why it would happen on ScreenToGif. I've had a few things happen with Microsoft Teams in Calls and it's not all that relevant but that's the only thing I can even think of that might be similar to this. Not many issues in games, nothin.

Bug in WPF XAML?
