Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
If you want to blur something and the selected rectangle fits the region perfect. The applied Gaussain Blur (guess from here https://github.com/NickeManarin/ScreenToGif/issues/194) has a smaller border which is still readable.

Describe the solution you'd like
There should be nothing readable in side the selection.

Describe alternatives you've considered
checkbox to make this option available
