Error message "To run this application, you must install the missing framework.net"

To Reproduce
On Windows 11 when I launch the exe i got the error message
I setup twice .net Framework 6.0
Reboot my PC

The issue is still occurs

Solved I don't know how exactly
Removed Screetogif and install it again (I didn't check this time the option for FFmpeg)

Works!
