version 2.35.4 requires .NET RTL to be installed compared to version 2.34. This behavior is not entirely correct for the portable version of the program.

ScreenToGif 2.35 and above requires .NET 6 Desktop Runtime.
I'm going to provide a fully portable version in the near future.
