Sometime when capturing a GIF, the resulted one look too big, like the below one.

I'd like the capability to make the GIF smaller, so it look better. I tried the ZOOM functionality on the HOME tab, seems like it is only to do with the UI effect on ScreenToGif, won't affect the generated GIF itself.
