Both the screen recorder, camera recorder, board and editor use the same S.StartUp.Recorder.Tooltip tooltip, despite there being S.StartUp.Webcam.Tooltip, S.StartUp.Board.Tooltip and S.StartUp.Editor.Tooltip already in the translations.
File affected: github.com/NickeManarin/ScreenToGif@37a9101211/ScreenToGif/Windows/Other/Startup.xaml (L56-L74)
