Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

When a users selects to remove duplicate frames and clicks apply there is no visual indication that the application is still active / processing. It would be great if there was some form of a visual cue.
