Describe the bug
应用程序的配置无法保存，每次重新启动ScreenToGif会恢复默认配置

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. 打开配置选项
2. 修改配置
3. 确定
4. 关闭ScreenToGif
5. 重新打开ScreenToGif

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: Windows 10 21H2 19044.5011
• Version ScreenToGif 2.41.3
