Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I suggest considering the possibility of precise (down to the pixel) indication of the area to capture by using the arrow keys on the keyboard.

Describe the solution you'd like
When you click "Area" in the drop-down menu, the cursor can be moved either with the mouse or with the keyboard arrows (single press or holding). Shift + Arrows moves the cursor 10 px.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Use the quick increase/decrease mouse sensor resolution, system cursor speed settings, or crop after video capture is complete.

Additional context
You can see how it works in case of Adobe Photoshop (selection tool) and PicPick.
