I'm trying to record my posture with my webcam while working across the day to figure out what can be improved.
1fps seems to currently be the lower limit for the webcam recording (please correct me if I'm wrong there), but something like 1fpm is certainly sufficient for my application and would hugely save storage space.
Lower framerates would IMHO greatly increase the usability for timelapses in general.

For screen recordings, FPM and FPH time scales instead of FPS are already implemented. I would love to see those for the webcam mode as well.

Naturally I can work around this using other tools and scripting, but currently it seems a logical extension to the current feature set of ScreenToGif.

I might actually look into submitting a PR myself if I find time.
