The program size increased 10~54X since version 2.19.3, surprisingly
2.19.3: 3.6MB
2.41 light portable version: 40.1MB
2.41 standard portable version: 194 MB
I know there are new features have been implemented, new .net framework versions integrated. But it's still surprising in terms of size increment.
