Describe the bug
when i install 2.35.4 version in windows 11(version is 22000.708 ),
the install is great,but when I run ScreenToGif alert box show missing .Net.
follow the yes button I had install .Net x64 and x86 version.
but the box it doesn't disappear.

To Reproduce

1. install and run ScreenToGif in windows11 alert missing .Net

Expected behavior
no happen it.
