Describe the bug
After starting the app, it creates a log file saying there is an error in ScreenToGif.Util.LocalizationHelper.CheckForUpdates

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Download portable exe
start exe
see ScreenToGif\Logs showing

Expected behavior
No error logs

Desktop (please complete the following information):

OS: Windows 10
Version 2.35.3

Additional context
The error log says below.

Maybe this was cause by the behavior change in Assembly.Location after .NET 5?
