Could someone please provide instructions about how to build this app for windows?
(I haven't found any info in this repo or https://www.screentogif.com/)

What are the prerequisites? (.NET Core SDK ?)
And what is the suggested workflow? (Visual Studio? Or VSCode + and C# extension suffice? Something else?)

I'd like to try to make a PR for my feature suggestion #842
