Solution: .NET Framework January 2018 Rollup Known Issue KB4074906

I started getting "Something wrong happened. Provide value on 'System.Windows.Markup.StaticExtension' threw an exception." out of nowhere. Was working fine yesterday, and I didn't update any driver or installed any software since.
