Basically https://github.com/NickeManarin/ScreenToGif/issues/47 but for a selection of frames. Speeding up a selection of frames would be nice to have.

My use case: I'm recording a tool that has a loading screen every now and then. I'd like to fast forward these loading sections in my GIF.
