Synchronized all lines using Translator app and translated every single line.

Also, I suggest changing option name inside ScreenToGif/Windows/Options.xaml (line 1213)
from "Ukrainian / українська" to "Ukrainian / Українська", capitalizing the letter (seems off, because all other languages use a capital letter).
