Describe the bug
The delay buttons in the editor doesnt work it will just make your gif faster instead of slowing it down or changing the making it a bit faster.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Editor
  2. Click on Edit
  3. Click on any of the options in "Delay (Duration"
  4. See error

Expected behavior
I expected to be able to control the delay of each of my frames to either slow it down or making it faster.

and yes the site i used to check the delay is ezgif, and they also use ms

The app has three options for playback speed changes, and they give you different results:

Which one did you select?
If you want to slow for example, you can pick Increase/Decrease or the Scale.
