Describe the bug
When opening a .mp4 video in the editor, select "FFMPEG" method then press import, it shows a dialog that the program crashed with the following error: File in [Temp file folder] already exist. Even when I change the temp folder to other folders, or just type in "." (current folder), it still crushes and produces such error.
Re-install v2.41 then everything goes OK.
