Scope:
SMSsync Integration platform side:

SMSsync plugin for platform. Should work per the developer documentation; http://smssync.ushahidi.com/developers/
QR code generator.
GCM server side support - for sending push notifications.

SMSsync On Android:

Implement QR code scanner.
Implement GCM client.
